Returns:
Damaged or defective products: Banzoo wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All products are thoroughly checked at the warehouse before shipment. In the rare case that a product is damaged during shipment or has a unnoticed defect is shipped we will replace the product at no extra charge to the purchaser. Please contact us before returning a product for proper damaged goods return procedure.
Products ordered incorectly (Style or Size): Products that have not been imprinted or embroidered, that were ordered incorrectly, can be returned provided Banzoo is notified no more that 5 days after the customers receipt of the goods. Shipping costs to return the product and ship the replacement will be at the customers expense.
Refunds for the return of a product for any reason other than is left to the descretion of Banzoo. All refunds are credited to your account, there are no cash refunds. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on imprinted or embroidered products.
